In our Spring 1995 issue, we published a text “The Dark Bolshevik." Here we are publishing a response to that text from Jeffrey Williams, the editor of The Minnesota Review and the response to Mr. Williams's letter by the author of “The Dark Bolshevik." As an oppositional paper, we are committed to critique-al exchange and believe that the exchanges among Michael Sprinker, Mas'ud Zavarzadeh and Jeffery [sic.] Williams are effective in mapping the emerging forms of political practice in the post-al moment.
