Reply to "Red Sun"

Now we have a story of true pathos, a European Peruvian exile organization in the orbit of the U.$. "RCP," Red Sun calls for building a "red fraction" in the Democratic Party, by calling it the "RIM." Red Sun indirectly refers to Obama as "Lenin," but at the same time says it "won't ask" about what is going on in the "RCP" and its "laundry." That's a great have- it-both-ways, to call to build a single world party called the "RIM" and yet say if "RCP" has done something wrong, Red Sun does not know about it.

How can this be a permissible attitude, sharing a single world party with the "RCP" and yet having no concern what is going on with the Democratic Party? Red Sun, when did comrade Gonzalo say there is a "red fraction" in the Democratic Party? How dare you blame your sellout on a man in prison.

This is what happens when people go on repeating the pre-1992 Peru line in 2008 without noticing all the evidence piling up, that the "RCP" was working with Kennedy and Cheney for over 20 years.

Obama has raised over $400 million and Kennedy and Cheney were giving out the dough before Obama's campaign. To pay for a few people like Red Sun to confuse the international proletariat is child's play.

Red Sun noticed one thing:

"It is well known that the Revolutionary Communist Party of the United States (RCP) has an incredible capacity to intervene in the matters of the different parties of the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) in particular, and of the International Communist Movement (ICM) in general. They have curious detachments in different places on the international level, and they never get tired of fomenting situations in which they would have the possibility of such intervention. It is a party that, presumptuously, all over the world, tries to find different positions (that they call "lines") inside the Parties and organizations, in order to try to divide them and gt their own dividends, thus aiming against the leadership of these supposedly fraternal Parties and organizations."

Red Sun sure did get that right. "RCP" claims to have found fine shades of Hoxhaite metaphysics in Peru and Turkey in parties calling themselves "Maoist." They and others denounced the "CP-USA" for supporting Democrats; yet, now it turns out that Avakian and Kasama ARE Democrats and this can no longer be hidden with articles on Kasama's web page openly building for Obama.

So what an incredible chauvinist standard the "RCP" zombies were using the whole time. They denounced the Three Worlds Theory because Mao might shake hands with Pinochet. They found Hoxhaite influences in other parties to criticize, and yet the whole time they were working with Democrats, and against MIM. That's a highly chauvinist standard by which it is OK to work with Kennedy and Cheney covertly while it is some ideological impurity to work with Third World bourgeoisie. It's a wildly racist standard and it does show in their work.

Red Sun is just another organization in the "RCP" orbit. It has slight variations on the "RCP" theme, that the "peace letters" in Peru were a hoax, that the persyn who wrote them has now stepped forward to admit it. Red Sun wants us to get excited about an individual working for the CIA in Peru involved in the peace letters plot, when the head of the CIA is often a Democrat (e.g. Tenet) and when the "RCP" has published works of the CIA in the open taking the CIA line on weapons of mass destruction.

The reason life passes Red Sun by has to be money. If Red Sun were truly concerned about the CIA's plots against Gonzalo, it would be exposing other CIA and Democratic Party ties to Avakianists.

People who want to sell out should sell out. We do not deny there are "reasons." There is no excuse for counterinsurgency.
