Since MIM passed a resolution announcing a cell structure, neither RAIL nor MIM are trying to centralize our organizing efforts with new allies (also see What is RAIL). RAIL comrades should be working with local Maoist cells or if none exist work as an independent RAIL cell. Each cell should develop its own RAIL coordination work. IRTR has already stepped up to begin coordinating RAIL work on the internet. The MC cell still has a RAIL coordinator as well, and we welcome contact from new groups that are forming if you have work to report. The MC cell will link to websites of cells that it develops fraternal relations with. The etext.info site will no longer be a central source for contacting people in a certain area or working on a certain project. We will not maintain websites for new cells. General questions about line and work should be directed to the forums at IRTR.
